Both UE and USA are struggling with their economy right now.
New riser China is doing very well. Economy is growing and the government have money.
They have been loaning money for USA but now they believe that USAs ability to pay back have fallen.
They have also considered of borowing money for UE. UE have also asked money from rich arabic oil countries.
