Jet Li (born 26 april, 1963) comes originally from Beijing, China.
He is a martial artist and gong fu actor. Jet Li was just 8 years old when he started to practise wushu.
He won the national championship for example.
Today Jet Li is well known actor in the China but also worldwide star becose of his Hollywood films.
I myself love Jet Li´s old chinese movies like "Once Upon A Time In China", "Shaolin temple" and "Fist of Legend". He is doing also very well with the Hollywood films. I have watched also many of his Hollywood films like: "Danny the Dog", "Romeo must Die" and "The One" etc....
Many of his films are very entertaining and interesting. They also include historical issues of the China.
You just must watch a film like "Fearless". I think it is a part of civilization.

They are watched for example in the arab world, Africa, India and other countries in Asia. The best known actor worldwide from Bollywood might be Sharuh Khan. They are also very musical and traditional. Plagiarism is a big problem but mean while they are still yielding profits. Their film budged is very small compared to the hollywood.
